Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, location, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Once handed to the courier, Sweet Puff Pipes is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by postal services or other carriers
  • Lost, delayed, or redirected parcels due to incorrect address provided by customer

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

All items are inspected before dispatch.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    Photo evidence is required for assessment
  • We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion

Do not sign for parcels that appear visibly damaged upon delivery.

Refunds & Returns Policy

All product information and descriptions are provided in good faith. If an item is significantly misdescribed, a refund may be issued once the product is returned in unused condition.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product is unused, undamaged and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved
  • Used smoking products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Products cannot be returned due to:
